Climb up the cliff is a mission in The Precursor Legacy that Jak and Daxter complete to earn a power cell. Taking place at Geyser Rock, it is part of the training course required by Samos Hagai at the beginning of the game. Jak has to climb to the top of a cliff and collect the final power cell in the area.
Walkthrough[]
Immediately after the last mission, "Open the Precursor door", jump on the rafts in the water below to collect the Precursor orbs. Next, jump onto the grassy area to reach higher ground, and then to some Precursor pillars to reach a high cliff. Jump across the following spike-filled gap to reach another set of pillars, which must be scaled using a high jump (on PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4:

Next, jump onto more platforms until you reach a cliff that is home to the final power cell of the level. Then collect a nearby blue eco cluster to activate a Precursor platform that will take you back down to the beginning area (or simply jump down, making sure to press 
to break the fall damage). Activate the warp gate to travel back to Samos' hut in Sandover Village.
