Destroy barrier with missile was a mission in Jak 3. With the situation looking dire, Torn had to punch through the KG Death Bots' control over the Industrial Section and link up with the Freedom League forces at New Haven. To do so, he recruited Jak into "making some noise".
Walkthrough
This time, Daxter will ride a missile with highly sensitive controls and a very high speed as well as jump height. The controls take some getting use to, but they are excellent for quick turns around the spacious Port district. You will need to collect the charges here while avoiding anything solid (you can safely hit any Haven citizens, guards, or zoomers) and the mines spread conveniently throughout the waters.
After collecting enough, the beacons will direct you into the barrier at the Industrial Section where you complete this mission after a cutscene.
