Destroy dark ship is a mission in Jak 3. The Precursors sent Jak to the Dark Maker ship to stop Cyber Errol from activating it's cargo before the Planetary Defense System could destroy it.
Completion of this mission in the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4 versions of Jak 3 will unlock the bronze trophy Plasma Ball.
Walkthrough
You have five minutes to make your way through this ship, so you would better hurry with taking down the Dark Makers in your way. Many troopers and hornets will be there to attack you, so use the best weapons you have to take them out and move forward. You do need to kill them, since the game often only opens up the next path if all enemies are dead. Otherwise, at this point, the enemies are nothing new and you will have fought them before by now a couple of times. You can pretty much expect them to pop up nearly everywhere as well so be aware of that.
After the first room, you have to cross a long pipe with many turning platforms; watch out here as they move pretty fast. Up ahead are some poles you need to swing one; careful again as they will move in and out of the walls. After a short while, you will reach a light eco vent, which you need to use to cross the pit here by using Light Flight.
You can use Flash Freeze to actually slow down the timer massively as well. Continue on here until you reach an elevator. After the cutscene, you have to make your way over the broken bridge as it falls apart piece by piece. You can use the JET-Board, or just make it on foot using roll jumps and punches. Take care to dodge the broken pieces as they come flying your way. If there is any light eco in the meter before the cutscene, the eco will vanish, so you can't fly to the portal at the end of the bridge. Go through the portal at the end here to somehow make it safely back at the Wasteland, where the next mission starts after a cutscene: "Destroy final boss".
