The lurker toad[1] is an enemy in The Precursor Legacy. It is a large, purple frog lurker found hopping around aimlessly in Boggy Swamp, making a very loud croaking noise. They bear typical lurker traits such as appendages along their jaw line, and large, yellow eyes.

In combat it will hop towards Jak until he is in range, where it then launches its sticky tongue at him. If it connects it will stay stuck and the frog will slowly charge electricity through its tongue while also pulling Jak in. The only way to escape is to forcefully pull and punch away from the frog. To defeat it; a roll jump is suggested to get in close and then quickly take it out with a punch or kick. Its size and nature makes it a rather slow enemy.
