Nominating Pecker for featured article status, particularly exemplifying criterion 2b, as it is well researched; details are gathered from a variety of sources and presented together in a holistic and interesting way. The scope of research also demonstrates the seemingly minor character's interest, quality, and importance to the series.
The article was revisited a few months ago, and was subsequently edited to reflect the remaining FA criteria.
