Split?[]

I suggest we split it into Samos and Young Samos, same character I guess, but different body and characteristics, too. --Tim H 19:58, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Hagai[]

Where has it ever said that his (and Keira's last name, for that matter) is Hagai? I've never heard it, so can we at least get a source or something? Because not many of the other characters have last names and it seems a little suspicious. 76.186.85.225 00:00, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Trust me. We wouldnt allow content that isnt correct. I am pretty sure it is from the Jak and Daxter TPL Guide Morgan84 00:17, February 13, 2010 (UTC)
It was from one of the guides, Jak 3 I think, by Piggyback. TimTalkpage 09:02, February 13, 2010 (UTC)
No actually it first came from the map that came with TPL Samos's hut is called Samos Hagai's hut on the map--Thelamppost 14:37, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
I actually lost my map but I remember Hagai does anyone else have the NTSC version of the map--Thelamppost 14:45, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
Europe here, I only got Sandover Village. But Tanner is from the US, he'll know. --Tim H - Talk 14:48, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
http://gameswalls.com/wallpapers/j/jak-and-daxter-precursor-legacy/map-1.jpg I can make out Samos Hagai. But I really would like to see whats under the other places, I need a better image. Or something with the map. --Tim H - Talk 15:05, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
Hm, nevermind, I just increased the size. It's nothing special, SBeach reads Flut flut, FCanyon A-Grav Zoomer, rest is Color sage's hut/lab and Oracle. But good to know it's from that map. --Tim H - Talk 15:13, June 28, 2010 (UTC)
I never even saw that.... I was wondering where that name came from. Its there for anyone who hasnt seen it. SuperMario2 23:51, January 6, 2011 (UTC)

Quote[]

I'm just wondering what other people's opinions are towards changing the current quote from "I'm going to keep yapping! Because in my professional opinion, the change is an improvement" to "I have spent my life searching for the answers that my father, and my father's fathers, failed to find." Lemonny3663 (talk) 02:27, July 24, 2017 (UTC)

Sounds good to me. Go for it. Just make sure to copy and paste directly from The Precursor Legacy script. —Jak Himself Site-favicon.ico (talk·contributions) 06:13, July 24, 2017 (UTC)
I also like this quote to be added again (assuming it got removed by now, and not sure if the community started minimizing the use of quotes), because it adds the extra info of Samos having a father - presumably from the Haven City Era - who has been searching for those answers about the Precursors as well. I haven't found this information anywhere else other than the script. SageYodah (talk) 10:05, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
We've long since removed quotes from the intro of pages, but I do think there's merit in adding that one for the 'Early history' section. Tim H (talk) 20:37, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
Well, the quote didn't seem to fit. After looking for a place for the information itself to fit in, it seems to me the section of "before the TPL" seems more cohesive. I did replace "my" with "[his]" in the quoted words; is that a problem? Also, the sentence itself is a bit clumsy, but I'm gona leave that to a bulk edit :) SageYodah (talk) 16:00, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Added it properly using the quote template, as well as moving it to the aforementioned section. It's true the prose itself needs to make mention of it, but I'll leave that to a later rewrite if ever. Tim H (talk) 09:56, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
