I think this page should be renamed, as currently we have a page named "Zoomers" and a page named "Zoomer", as in this one. I don't know what to rename it. --LurkerLordB 02:47, December 10, 2010 (UTC)
- This one is for the actual vehicle. The other is for the type (as in, all the vehicles are Zoomers). Inconvenient but that is how it is. --Tim H - Talk 08:19, December 10, 2010 (UTC)
Strength, braking system, etc.[]
Addressing TRiddle500's edits: I went back to check, and the single seater doesn't have more armor in my opinion. However, the automatic braking system will prevent it from crashing into the wall at high speeds if you hop off, preventing however much damage depending on what point you hopped off the zoomer. The burden of proof lies upon you, here. You could perhaps do with some cross-verification from other users, though, I know that Tim H is also currently checking for himself. This leaves the mention of the automatic braking system which, while it does exist, isn't really notable enough to include on its own, in my opinion. —Jak Himself (talk·contributions) 00:30, January 22, 2015 (UTC)
- I can confirm TRiddle's edits, the zoomer is indeed more armored in Jak 3. Or maybe it has more HP. Or it takes less damage from collisions. Or it simply takes more damage in Jak II. Now the question is to find out if the same goes for the two- and three-seaters. Oh and the braking thing is indeed true, I remember finding out in Jak 3 to my dismay when I couldn't crash my zoomer into a blast bot anymore. --Tim H - Talk 00:35, January 22, 2015 (UTC)
- Well I wouldn't call it armor since there's no visible armor, rather strength or endurance. That said, this evidence will do I suppose. I didn't really extensively check it, so I guess we'll leave this as is (albeit with several grammatical and formatting corrections). —Jak Himself
