Win Class 2 race at stadium was a mission in Jak II. Jak and Keira had a falling out, resulting in Daxter having to win the Class 2 NYFE racing match.
Completion of this mission in the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4 versions of Jak II will unlock the silver trophy Speed Quicker.

Fundamentally, not any different than the first race. Daxter driving doesn't change anything for you. Remember to pick up turbo's, don't use them when heading into a wall or on a ramp with a ceiling ahead and to use the shortcut as much as possible. Take care to avoid the trenches as well since those will just slow you down.
